► Exercise Instructions
1. Select the suitable weight resistance at low pulleys machine and grasp a handle in each hand then step forward to the machine so a tension is created at the handles, your palms forward and hand below waste behind you.
2. Start moving your arms upward while slightly bending your arms until reaching the middle line of your body, hold on for a second to feel the stretch in your chest muscles, your hands should come together in front of your chest, palms facing up, then return your arms slowly to the starting point and repeat as recommended by your training program.
